My gluten free products are all made with gluten free ingredients and have been laboratory tested and confirmed to be gluten free.


Approximately 18 biscuits placed in a tin container and typical value per biscuit is 103kcal which ready to be shipped weight is about 700-800g.

Gluten-free flour blend (rice, tapioca and potato), thickener (xanthan gum)), Vegetable butter ( vegetable oils in varying proprtions (75%)(rapeseed, palm, sunflower), water, salt (1.4%), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), acid (citric acid), vitamin A and D, flavourings), White granulated sugar (white cane sugar (100%)), Egg,Lemon juice from concentrate (water, concentrated lemon juice), lemon oil, preservative (Potassium metabisulphite), Vanilla sugar (sugar, artificial flavour), salt, Strawberry jam (glucose-fructose syrup, strawberries, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrate)), Icing sugar (sugar, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate).
