Gluten free Gingerbread Biscuits:

 

My gluten free products are all made with gluten free ingredients and have been laboratory tested and confirmed to be gluten free.

 

Approximately 9 biscuits placed in a kraft box and typical value per 100g is  338kcal which ready to be shipped weight is about 400-500g.

Ingredients:

Gluten-free flour blend (rice, tapioca and potato), thickener (xanthan gum)), Honey,  Icing sugar ( sugar, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate), Vegetable butter ( vegetable oils in varying proprtions (75%)(rapeseed, palm, sunflower), water, salt (1.4%), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), acid (citric acid), vitamin A and D, flavourings), Egg, Raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), Ground spices (ginger, cinnamon, cloves).

This product is free from: Gluten, Casein.

 

May contain traces of: nuts and peanut.
