Gluten-free decorated ginger biscuits:

 

My gluten free products are all made with gluten free ingredients and have been laboratory tested and confirmed to be gluten free.

 

Approximately 9 biscuits placed in a tin container and typical value per 100g is 352kcal, which ready to be shipped weight is about 500-600g.

 

Please note that I use 100% natural food colourings, therefore it is highly possible the colours will fade after a few weeks. The preparation time for these particular biscuits are between 3-5 days due to several drying processes.

Ingredients:

Gluten-free flour blend (rice, tapioca and potato), thickener (xanthan gum)), Honey,  Icing sugar ( sugar, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate), Vegetable butter ( vegetable oils in varying proprtions (75%)(rapeseed, palm, sunflower), water, salt (1.4%), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), acid (citric acid), vitamin A and D, flavourings), Egg, Raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), Ground ginger, Ground cinnamon, Ground cloves, Humectant (glycerine E422), Emulsifier (polysorbate E433), Bulking agent (maltodextrin), Antioxidant (alphatocopherol E307), Colours: Titanium dioxide E171, Vegetable carbon E153, Sodium copper E141, Curcumin E100, Cochineal E120, Turmeric extract, Brilliant blue (E133), Sodium copper E141, Riboflavin E101, Preservatives (sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate).
