Gluten-free Chocolate Dipped Gingerbread Biscuits:


My gluten free products are all made with gluten free ingredients and have been laboratory tested and confirmed to be gluten free.


Approximately 16-18 biscuits placed in a tin container and typical value per 1 00g is 385kcal, which ready to be shipped weight is about 900-1100g.


The chocolate coating is tempered and I use Moo Free original organic (diary and wheat free) vegan rice cocoa bar.

Gluten-free flour blend (rice, tapioca and potato), thickener (xanthan gum)), Organic diary free chocolate (11%) (organic cocoa butter, organic cocoa mass, organic raw cane sugar, organic rice powder (organic dried rice syrup, organic rice starch, organic rice flour), emulsifier (organic sunflower lecithin), natural flavouring), Honey,  Icing sugar ( sugar, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate), Vegetable butter ( vegetable oils in varying proprtions (75%)(rapeseed, palm, sunflower), water, salt (1.4%), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), acid (citric acid), vitamin A and D, flavourings), Egg, Raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), Ground spices (ginger, cinnamon, cloves).
